BatchIQ serves real estate too, alongside collections, legal, lending and call centers, and is built around large files rather than individual lookups.
What comes back. Skip Genie returns up to 10 ranked phone numbers with mobile or landline labels, emails, address history, relatives, associates, age and a deceased indicator (Skip Genie). BatchIQ's full data option returns up to 5 phones, 5 emails, a current mailing address, 5 relatives with their own phones and emails, age, deceased verification, and bankruptcy, lien and judgment records with who they belong to. For a probate or pre-foreclosure list, those records show who else has a claim on the property owner.
Where the data comes from. BatchIQ runs on credit-header data, the same data tier as the top five providers, not public directories, with a 98% cell-phone hit rate. Skip Genie says it "is not a credit bureau" and doesn't run background checks (Skip Genie); its site doesn't name a data source.
Which fits
